  Besides overseeing the operations for the main East-West Center's content-management site: www.eastwestcenter.org, Mark also builds and maintains various sub-sites, such as the Center's blog site: forum.eastwestcenter.org, that utilize RSS feeds, open-source applications, and other Web 2.0 socializing tools.  He trains staff and documents new procedures for the Center's admin web users.
