Mr. Sa'dan is an Affiliate Scholar with the Education Program from July 16, 2009 to November 15, 2009. During his stay at the East-West Center, Mr. Sa'dan will be doing library research on his dissertation thesis entitled, "The Views of Ulama Concerning Syariah Law Enactment in Nanggroe Aceh."
