William Feltz is an ethnomusicologist and arts administrator, responsible for the Center’s artist residencies, performances, exhibitions, seminars and occasional international tours presented by the Center. He has coordinated or assisted with arrangements for more than 400 public performances and exhibitions representing nearly every country in Asia and Oceania. Feltz has an M.A. in ethnomusicology from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa.
