Registration will include two luncheons, welcoming reception, aloha dinner, coffee breaks, and all program sessions including conference materials.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds (minus $25 for each individual registered) must be received in writing by October 13, 2008. No refunds will be issued after October 13, 2008.
