Pre Conference Day - Thursday, July 1

12 noon - 4:30 pm          Early Registration Check-in at Hawaii Imin International  Conference Center aka Jefferson Hall Lanai

Friday, July 2

7:30 am - 10:30 am       Registration Check-in

7:30 - 8:30 am              Open meeting of EWC Board of Governors

9 am - 11 am                Opening ceremony at Hawaii Convention Center

11 am                           Buses leave for EWC

11:30 am - 1 pm            Box lunch provided at EWC

1 pm - 4:30 pm              East-West Center Day on EWC campus

4:30 pm - 6pm               Reception hosted by University of Hawaii

6 pm                             Open evening and busses leave to go back to Waikiki

Saturday, July 3

7:30 - 12 noon                Registration Check-in (after 12 noon registration in Secretariat room)

8:30 am - 10 am             Plenary Session

10 am - 10:30 am           Coffee break and Poster Session

10:30 am – 12 noon        Concurrent Program Panels

12 noon – 1:30 pm          Lunch on your own (concessions available for purchases)

1:30 pm – 3 pm              Plenary Session

3 pm – 3:30 pm              Coffee break and Poster Session

3:30 pm – 5 pm              Concurrent Program Panels

6 pm – 8 pm                   Welcome Reception Dinner at Hawaii Convention Center and cultural
