The USTL Scholarship Program received many strong applications this year, and the East-West Center would like to congratulate all four finalists and wish them well as they begin their studies in the United States in January 2012.

The next round of competition will be held beginning in summer 2012 for new USTL scholarships that will begin in 2013.
