The Pacific Islands Climate Change Cooperative (PICCC), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Ecological Services, and the Pacific Climate Information System (PaCIS) will be holding a Pacific Islands Regional Climate Assessment Ecosystem Workshop.
Overview:
This two-day workshop will take place January 18-19, 2012 at the Hawaii Imin International Conference Center in Honolulu, Hawaii and in Burns Hall 3121/3125 and 3118. This two-day workshop will involve discussions on climate variables and assessing how the climate variables impact the Pacific Islands ecosystems. This information will be compiled and summarized shortly thereafter and PIRCA will submit its contribution to the National NCA report in early to mid-February 2012.
