Recently appointed Department of State Chief Economist Keith Maskus, a leading intellectual property expert, has written an EWC Working Paper on the role of regional trade agreements in technology transfers. Maskus' paper was part of an National Science Foundation-funded workshop at EWC on Mega-Regionalism - New Challenges for Trade and Innovation.
