The event will honor His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand.  Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn will represent His Majesty and receive the Asia Pacific Community Building Award in recognition of his dedicated work on behalf of the welfare of the people of Thailand.
