Summary

Marvin Ott, Senior Scholar, and Kenneth Ngo, Research Assistant, both at the Woodrow Wilson Center, explain that "Game theory predicts that in a competitive arena with multiple actors, coalitions will form. In Southeast Asia, we are seeing the emergence of an incipient coalition in support of US security strategy."
