Keith Bettinger works as a climate change adaptation specialist for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).  His current work focuses on supporting the development of National Adaptation Plan (NAP) processes for climate change adaptation in least-developed countries, including Somalia and Namibia.  Dr. Bettinger also works on climate change adaptation projects with United Nations Environment and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).  His research and professional background has focused mainly on Southeast Asia.
