Keith Bettinger specializes in climate change adaptation finance, policy formulation, and project design.  He works primarily with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the United States Agency for International Development.  His work focuses mainly on Least Developed Countries (LDCs) and Pacific Island Countries (PICs), having worked on adaptation in more than twenty countries across Asia, the Pacific, and Africa since joining the East-West Center.
