Rebecca “Rivvy” Eisenberg is the Projects and Programs Administrative Coordinator at the East-West Center in Washington. She provides overall office management, as well as administrative, fiscal, and technology support across the Center’s projects and programs.

Rivvy graduated with an MA in International Environmental Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, where she specialized in sustainability management and Mandarin Chinese. She is dedicated to bringing together the public and private sectors to advance sustainable growth at home and abroad. Her graduate research explored opportunities for participatory and sustainable development in the United States, China, and Southeast Asia. In addition, Rivvy previously worked with organizations, including the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Sierra Club, to promote environmental awareness in Maine and California. She earned her BA in Environmental Studies from Bennington College, with a focus on video and environmental science.
