Chelsey Bryson is a Project Specialist with the Pacific Regional Integrated Sciences & Assessments/NOAA Climate Adaptation Partnership (RISA/CAP) in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. In this role, Chelsey works with a variety of technical partners and stakeholders to support the use of climate information in decision making in the Republic of Marshall Islands and Palau. Her work focuses on supporting climate adaptation in Pacific SIDS and bridging the science-policy gap.

Chelsey is also currently a JD candidate at the University of Hawai’i’s Richardson School of Law, in the Environmental Law and Native Hawaiian Rights programs. In her previous role at the Center, she supported the development of the Federated States of Micronesia Pacific Islands Regional Climate Assessment (PIRCA). Prior to that, she coordinated coastal resilience projects across the Pacific, East Africa, and the Caribbean at The Nature Conservancy in Washington, DC.
