William Feltz is an ethnomusicologist and retired EWC arts administrator, specializing in the performing and visual arts of East and Southeast Asia. He has coordinated or assisted with arrangements for more than 400 public performances, exhibitions, and artist residencies representing nearly every country in Asia and Oceania.
Bill has a BA in music from Lewis & Clark College, an MA in ethnomusicology from the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa, and served for ten years on the Honolulu Mayor’s Commission on Culture and Arts.
