EWCA Mentoring Program

Alumni volunteers use their contacts in the community to match current EWC participants with EWC alumni, Honolulu-based professionals, and/or community leaders who volunteer their time and expertise to meet with the participants. The mentors provide opportunities for participants to find out more about various professions to assist participants in determining their future career objectives.

EWCA Mentoring Program is proud to say that many successful matches have been made over 20+ years and the ties established between mentors and participants remain with them even after participants return to their home country.
