Participants are expected to participate in the program on a full-time basis. Participant teams will be responsible for developing a draft strategic plan for developing Korean studies on their campuses and all participants will develop an individual curriculum development plan. The project is also expected to result in a paper, to be published in the East-West Center’s Occasional Paper Series, that will bridge the gap between academic specialist research and the needs of both undergraduate educators and an informed general public.

Infusing Korean Studies in American Undergraduate Higher Education has been made possible by a grant from the Academy of Korean Studies.
