Primary Contact Info:The conference will address the "dynamic Arctic," including identifying emerging issues influencing Arctic policy discourse and framing them for consideration by policymakers. A common thread running through previous conferences has been the importance of sustaining the Arctic as a zone of peace and prosperity in a rapidly changing and often turbulent and unpredictable world.
Open to invited participants only.
The conference is co-sponsored by the East-West Center and the Korea Maritime Institute.
