Caring for Ourselves and Others in Times of Stress

Leaders experience stress. The good news is that they can learn to manage it effectively. Resilient leaders have a set of skills and strategies that enable them to engage with the stress of leading. This interactive session will draw on trauma awareness and body stress response to help leaders prepare for and manage stress. This workshop is relevant for those working with teams and communities and for anyone wanting to learn more about effective responses to stress and trauma.
