She grew up in Honolulu, Hawai῾i and currently lives in Washington, D.C. She strives to contribute to change in the world by providing training and resources on self-care, compassion fatigue, and trauma awareness to individuals and organizations to facilitate healing and help build stronger advocates and communities working for social justice.
