SoCh for Change in partnership with the East-West Center in Hawaii is organising E4 for Social Impact Leadership, a program which aims to enable women to gain more knowledge about the development sector, engage in the 'why' and 'how' of their fields of interest, enhance their leadership skills, and empower them to become agents of change. The program includes four online sessions in the month of December followed by peer coaching for a period of three months. It is a free program and is being supported by The US Consulate General Hyderabad.
