Asia Pacific Leadership Program fellows will share key lessons from their eight-day exploration of US mainland communities. They travelled in groups of three to one of eight locations: Amarillo, TX; Bangor, ME; Cheyenne, WY; Columbus, GA; Flagstaff, AZ; Fort Wayne, IN; Medford, OR; and Rochester, NY. The activity is called ALL IN (Active Leadership Learning, Investigation and Networking).

The intended outcomes of ALL IN are: 1) Put the learning of first half of Term One to test; 2) Meet and interview leaders from diverse areas of American society; 3) Make presentations about the EWC; 4) Carry out workshops for local community groups; 5) Discover the diversities and challenges of the American project; and 6) Widen and deepen the APLP network. Fellows will present emerging issues they observed and how these connect to the program’s leadership curriculum and their own professional paths.
