Lessons from the Field: Asia Pacific Leadership Program fellows report learnings from Asia and U.S. Field Studies
Thursday, October 23, 2014
10:00-11:00 a.m.
John A. Burns Hall, Room 2063 (2nd floor)
In this presentation, Asia Pacific Leadership Program fellows will share key lessons and experiences from their two-week concurrent field studies in Asia (separate groups to Indonesia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka) and mainland U.S. (San Francisco Bay Area and Washington D.C.). The fellows will present emerging issues they observed and how these connect to the program’s leadership curriculum and their own professional paths. General themes include outlooks on the future, diversities and communities, social networks, and adaptive leadership.
