The Asia Pacific Dance Festival (APDF) continues its “Moving Forward” series. Once a month, the series presents previous APDF resident artists, taking a look back at their time here at the festival as well as discussing their current projects and how they are moving forward.

This session will feature ASK Dance Company Artistic Director Joseph Gonzales. Featured in the 2019 APDF, ASK Dance Company is a professional dance collective based in Malaysia. The company’s philosophy is that to be alive, one must continuously learn, and thus be unafraid to ASK pertinent questions.

Presented by the East-West Center Arts Program and the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Outreach College, with additional support by the University’s Theatre & Dance Department.
