She is the founder/CEO of Bhutan Tours and Travels, a knowledge travel company and co-founder of Impact Bhutan, an investment and mentorship platform. She is the Founding Curator of Global Shapers Thimphu Hub (a World Economic Forum youth initiative), Bhutan Country Advisor for Give2Asia. In 2008, she founded a successful non-profit, READ Bhutan.
