Join the East-West Center Arts Program this Sunday, Nov. 1 for our next EWC Gallery Spotlight on "Kaula Piko: The Source of Strings," an exhibit done in collaboration between the Kealakai Center for Pacific Strings(KCPS) and the Bishop Museum. Kilin Reece, founder of KCPS, will share highlights from the groundbreaking exhibit, which traces the origins of the world’s most iconic stringed instruments to their source in the vibrant, cosmopolitan musical community of the 19th century Hawaiian kingdom.
