We are excited to present the second session of The Exchange on Monday, February 8, on the topic of the Okinawan Diet for a Healthy Long Life. One of the ten leading global health threats is noncommunicable diseases mostly caused by dietary habits and physical inactivities. Due to medical advances, life expectancy has been increasing globally; however, quality of life is an important factor to consider in longevity. This session will focus on the diet known to be associated with longevity - the Okinawan Diet. We will find out the secrets of the elderly in Okinawa, Japan, who are some of the leanest, healthiest, and the longest living people in the world.

The session will be on Zoom, and you can connect with the same link you used for the previous session.  If you don't have the link, you may RSVP at https://www.ewctheexchange.com/rsvp.html.  Please connect at 6:20pm HST, and the session will start at 6:30.  We look forward to seeing you there!
