About the Book Circle

The East-West Center Office of Alumni Engagement will be hosting a virtual book circle led by two YSEALI alumnae, Maula Nadia and Aprille Juanillo. The idea of Book Circle came from Nadia and Aprille's impactful experience within the YSEALI Academic Fellowship program alongside East-West Center. Registration for the book circle will begin in January with an online session to pilot in February. All East-West Center Alumni are welcome to join.

"We recognized how collective exploration and challenging discussions spark transformative insights about leadership and environmental stewardship. Our aim is to extend this experience to a wider group. Through fostering meaningful conversations, we seek to create a community that can inspire positive actions towards a more sustainable future."
