A Message from EWC President Suzanne Vares-Lum
Aloha East-West Center ʻohana,
Yesterday morning, we woke up to the heartbreaking news of the tragic situation with the wildfires on the island of Maui. If you have family and friends on Maui, please know that we send our deepest love and aloha to you and your loved ones.
With thousands of Maui residents displaced, our community has come together during this difficult time. The American Red Cross and various government agencies have been on the ground providing crucial support and resources to all those affected by this crisis.
