Our Imin Conference Coordinator is your primary contact for applying to use Imin facilities, and the logistics of your event at Imin. Our Conference Coordinator can also assist with local referrals for ground transportation, hotels, EWC housing options and other activities.
Our Imin Technology Coordinator is available to discuss your eventʻs A/V (Audio/Visual) and videoconferencing needs. Audio-visual equipment, video displays and other tools for meetings are available. Your equipment needs can be discussed and organized with our Operations Manager, ensuring that your meeting or conference is an effective, productive event.
Our Imin Conference Assistant will work with you, or your caterer, to coordinate food & beverage support, offer local referrals for food service from an elaborate banquet to a simple luncheon. The Imin Conference Center banquet facilities have a warming/holding catering kitchen. The Conference Assistant can provide coffee and simple refreshments, at a very reasonable cost, for groups under 150.
The Imin Business Center, a recent addition to the Center, has a copier/ scanner/ printer, computers, and a local phone available for use by you and participants at your meeting.
