he North Pacific Community Leadership Incubator is an “online and on-island” leadership learning and development initiative that engages established women leaders from communities across the U.S. Freely Associated States including Chuuk, Pohnpei, Ebeye, Kosrae, Yap and Palau. Key program advisors and participants will gather for the North Pacific Summit in Honolulu in May. They will evaluate how leadership learnings are adapted and applied within communities to create new knowledge around effective leadership. Summit participants will identify future activities and programs to build women’s and community leadership, and strengthen leadership ecosystems.
