There will be two main conference venues where the East-West Center will host the International Media Conference's welcome reception and program. The welcome reception on June 23, 2024 will be held at the Philippine National Museum of Natural History and the conference program taking place from June 24-26, 2024 will be held at the Philippine International Convention Center.

Philippine International Convention Center

The Philippine International Convention Center is Asia's first international convention center, known for showcasing Filipino culture and excellence into every event it brings to life. Designed by renowned Filipino National Artist, Leandro V. Locsin, the PICC formally opened on September 5, 1976. The architectural marvel houses the works of various Filipino master artists in painting and sculpture, and is even regarded as a work of art in itself—one of the country’s prime examples of brutalist architecture.

There will be private vehicle parking available at the Philippine International Convention Center for the use of conference attendees.

Philippine National Museum of Natural History

The Philippine National Museum of Natural History houses twelve permanent galleries that exhibit the rich biological and geological diversity of the Philippines. It includes creatively curated displays of botanical, zoological, and geological specimens that represent our unique natural history. Situated at the center of the museum is a “Tree of Life” structure that proudly connects all the unique ecosystems in the Philippines, from our magnificent mountain ridges to the outstanding marine reefs.
