Early registration sales will end on May 2, 2024 and group registration sales will end on June 23, 2024. General registration sales will be open throughout the conference and will close mid-day on June 26, 2024.

We are allowing full refunds up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference, which begins on June 23, 2024.

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport is Metro Manila's main international airport.

There is private vehicle parking available at the Philippine International Convention Center for the use of conference attendees.

Yes, the Philippine International Convention Center will have free Wi-Fi internet connection available on the premises.
I need a visa to travel. How do I obtain a letter of invitation?
The East-West Center is able to provide letters of invitation to assist in the visa process. To request a letter of invitation, please complete your conference registration and then submit a Letter of Invitation Request.
