In this brief analysis, Dr. Denny Roy discusses some of the implications of the recent Taiwan legislative elections, suggesting that the new conservative legislature, now controlled overwhelmingly by the Kuomintang (Nationalist) party, should be a welcome development for both the United States and the People's Republic of China.
