share

THIS RESEARCH PROJECT IS NOT CURRENTLY ACTIVE.

In previous years, East-West Center staff were involved in collaborative research and training activities in India and other South Asian countries, focusing on child and maternal health, family planning, and fertility. Much of this research was based on results from India's first and second National Family Health Surveys which covered a wide range of demographic and health issues. This project was supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
