President Barack Obama finally made it to Indonesia, a country where he feels emotionally connected because he spent four years of his childhood there. While the visit was short, it was hugely successful as Obama added his personal touch to an already blossoming relationship between the United States and Indonesia. The Comprehensive Partnership launched during his visit attests to the breadth and depth of existing ties, and to the potential for even more collaboration in the future.
