Conference Housing

The East-West Center houses international graduate students and Center program participants year round. A limited number of rooms are available for conference housing with priority given to groups whose objectives and interests complement the East-West Center mission.

Reservations are normally confirmed up to a year in advance.

Conferences/groups eligible for housing must have an educational affiliation/sponsorship. Though many meet at the Center's Hawai'i Imin International Conference Center, this venue is not a requirement.

Vaccination Status

Please note all guests must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 in order to reside in the EWC dormitories and will be required to provide verifying documentation. Further instructions will be provided upon confirmation. This action must be done prior to arrival.
